Upon departure we kindly ask you to leave the room by 12:00 noon. Please return the key card at the check-out.

Some currencies can be exchanged at the Front Desk or there are several banks in the vicinity of our hotel.

Wi-Fi_Bohemia is accessible in all rooms as well as in all public areas of the hotel. The password is " hotel".

Room Service

Telephone button „Room Service“. Please call and ask for the menu. Service charge is 100,- CZK. Menu is available here.

Minibar

The minibar will be filled up daily. Your consumption will be charged to the room bill accordingly. All items in minibar are 95,- CZK per item. 

Massagges

You can order your massage daily between 11am and 11pm with our receptionists.

Gym

Hotel does not have its own fitness facilities. Please contact the reception and our staff will happily recommend the right spot nearby.

Telephone

For outside line dial „0“ and then the desired phone number. The charges will be put on your hotel bill. For room to room calls dial „7“ + room number. Internal calls in the hotel are free of charge.

Housekeeping / Laundry

Telephone button „Housekeeping“ Please order the pick up of your laundry before 9am. The laundry will be delivered to you on the same day before 6pm. You will find the pricelist and a laundry bag in the closet. Sheets are changed every three days. This policy helps us to be more environmentally friendly by reducing water and energy consumption. If you would like your sheets changed more often, please do not hesitate to contact our housekeeping team.

 

Pillow menu

We will be happy to bring you your favourite pillow between 8am and 8pm. The menu is available here.

Safe

Safe boxes are free of charge. The hotel cannot be held liable for valuables that are not kept locked in the room safe. Limit of liability for valuables in the room safe is 200,- EUR.

Voltage

All rooms outlets are 220 Volts, Adapters are available at the Front Desk.

Shoe shining machines

Can be found in the lower basement –2 floor in front of the public toilets.

Smoking

All our rooms and hotel areas are non-smoking! Please respect this rule. If you violate the non-smoking rule, we will have to charge you 250,- EUR for putting the room out of operation.
