STEINER'S RESTAURANT

Try our menu inspired by the First Czechoslovak Republic, such as Prague snails or other delicacies according to J. Bittermann who was a famous Czech and international chef and in the 1920s he was the chef of the Grand Hotel Steiner (today’s Grand Hotel Bohemia).

Just like then, today we cook from the best local and seasonal ingredients.

STEINER'S BAR

The original bar bearing the name of the hotel's founder is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Here you can taste unique cocktails based on local Baron Hildprandt spirits, as well as traditional world cocktails.

The bar offers the unique range of gins with the possibility of pairing with many types of tonic, Champagne and also amazing home-made desserts and coffee roasted just for our hotel.

Our pastry chef invites you to taste her sinful desserts.

BOCCACCIO BAR

A unique bar in the basement of the hotel will take your breath away! It is a special place with almost 100 years of history where the cream of the crop of the First Czechoslovak Republic met. Here you can try luxurious cocktails and Champagne.
