Poppy seed macarons with pâté de foie gras and apricot gel on shallot jam
Vichyssoise with goat cheese mousse
Pork tenderloin with brandy sauce on baked cauliflower puree and fresh truffle slices
Beetroot roulade with mascarpone cream and pink peppercorn

Smooth pumpkin cappuccino with ginger, chilli and coconut milk

Menu is served in Boccaccio Ballroom between 18:00 and 22:00. Reservation for exact time and choice of menu is requested along with the ticket.
